In-game currency is not real money

All amounts in the App ($1,000 – $1,000,000 etc.) are virtual points for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, converted or traded. The App is not gambling and grants no monetary winnings of any kind.

Account

Registration is for ages 13 and up. You are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account. Offensive, misleading or infringing usernames will be blocked.

Fair play

Automated tools, exploiting bugs, multiple accounts, or any other distortion of fair competition are prohibited. We may reset unlawfully obtained results and suspend or close offending accounts.

Content & questions

The question bank, design, marks and code are the property of the operator or its licensors. Submitting a question via "Submit a Question" grants the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in the game.

Availability & changes

The App is provided AS IS. We may update it, change game mechanics, virtual prize ladders and content, or discontinue the service — at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid to us (zero — the App is free).

Law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Israeli courts. The binding version is the Hebrew one.
